Secretary - Frank G3FIJ

I was first licensed in April 1949 and spent my first year on the air using CW only and a power limit of 25w d.c input to the final amplifier. Subsequently I have used all modes on all amateur bands from 73KHz to 2,400MHz. I was the winner of the RSGB Low Power VHF Championship for 3 consecutive years. I have supported most contests on HF and VHF as well as Worked All Britain and various operating tables in Short Wave Magazine and Radcom. I was a founder member of Colchester Radio Amateurs and I have held the Secretaries post to the present time.
